TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing from the CodeMine store, you agree to the following terms:

REFUND POLICY

- All purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.

- Refunds may only be considered in cases of technical failure

   where items were not delivered.

- To request support, contact support@codemine.com.au within

   48 hours of purchase.

CHARGEBACKS

- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting

   us first will result in a permanent ban from all CodeMine servers.

- We reserve the right to remove purchased perks if a chargeback

   is initiated.

RANK & PERKS

- Ranks and perks are tied to your Minecraft username.

- We are not responsible for lost perks due to username changes.

- Perks may be modified or removed with server updates.

- Monthly ranks will expire after the subscription period ends.

SERVER CHANGES

- CodeMine reserves the right to modify, update or remove any

   features at any time.

- No refunds will be issued for server changes or closures.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

- Purchases are non-transferable between accounts.

- If your account is banned for breaking server rules, no refund

   will be issued.

- You are responsible for the security of your account.
